Ukki is not a dealer. We never buy your car or mark it up. We are the layer that makes a direct sale between two people safe — verification, inspection, protected payments, financing, paperwork and delivery, in one place.
The seven services
One platform, in the order a deal actually needs it.
Each of these is a place a private sale normally breaks down. None of them are sold separately — they are simply what a Ukki deal includes.
Identity & KYC
Aadhaar-anchored verification, a PAN check and a liveliness check for every buyer and seller, before a deal can progress. No anonymous transactions, ever.
Certified inspection
A Ukki-certified inspector runs a 200-point physical check at the car’s doorstep and publishes an honest condition report — including what is wrong with it.
Protected payments
The buyer’s money moves into an account controlled by Ukki, visible to both sides but frozen, and is released only once the car and papers have changed hands.
Financing & loan closure
Buyers can finance through Ukki’s partner banks, settled straight into the deal. If the seller still has a loan on the car, we close it and collect the NOC.
Paperwork & RC transfer
Forms 29 and 30, the NOC, the RTO filing and the ownership transfer, handled end to end — with a status you can see instead of a promise you have to trust.
Doorstep logistics
Insured pickup and delivery through vetted partners, with live location tracking, so the car reaches its new owner without either side arranging a stranger with a truck.

On your own
- One of you has to move first: the money or the keys.
- You are trusting a stranger’s word about the car’s history.
- The seller’s outstanding loan has to be closed before anything transfers.
- RTO paperwork is on you — a botched transfer follows you for years.
- Cash or a bank transfer to an unknown account, with no recourse.
On Ukki
- Money is held by Ukki and released only after the handover.
- A certified inspector checks the car before any money moves.
- Ukki settles the existing loan and collects the NOC.
- Ukki files the RC transfer and tracks it to completion.
- Both sides are KYC-verified, so you know who you are dealing with.
What it costs
1% from the buyer. 1% from the seller. Only if it closes.
That covers verification, the inspection, the paperwork and the RC transfer. Doorstep delivery is priced separately because it depends on distance, and you see the amount before you accept it.
