    Inspection

    Upload two 360° walkaround videos for an instant AI-graded report, or book a Ukki inspector for an 8-section physical check.

  3. 03

    Connect with Buyers

    List on Ukki, share an auto-generated WhatsApp QR poster, or send a private link to your buyer. Negotiate directly, no middlemen.

    KYC Verification

    Buyer and seller complete instant e-KYC: DigiLocker Aadhaar, PAN validation, live face verification and a ₹1 UPI bank match.

    RBI Compliant Payment Holding

    Buyer funds, paid in full or through a partner bank loan, stay held by UKKI until the RC transfer is complete.

  6. 06

    RTO Paperwork and RC Transfer

    Sign the sale agreement and Form 29/30 with Aadhaar eSign. We clear NOCs, hypothecation and challans, and track the RC transfer.

  7. 07

    OTP-Verified Doorstep Delivery and Handover

    Choose self-pickup or delivery. Keys and original RC are released only when both sides enter a 4-digit OTP.
