Who can become a UKKI partner?

Accepted Answer

Registered businesses in five categories: dealerships and showrooms selling eligible stock, inspection and vehicle-service firms, pickup and delivery operators, lenders financing used-car purchases, and insurers. If your business sits beside a car transaction and is not one of those five, write to us anyway and say what you do.

Can I apply if I operate in multiple cities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coverage is declared per city and per pincode, so you receive work only where you actually operate. A dealership with more than one location keeps its stock, its staff and its settlements separated per rooftop.

What documents are required?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the category. A dealership files GST registration, a trade certificate, PAN and the business bank account. A vendor files the business registration, PAN, bank details and whatever authorises the work it does. Your operations contact sends the exact list once we know which of the five you are.

Is there a partnership fee?

Accepted Answer

No. There is nothing to pay to apply, to be verified or to be listed, and no subscription. A dealership’s fee on the deals it closes is agreed with UKKI when it joins. Vendor work is paid against an agreed rate card for jobs completed.

How does the verification process work?

You file each required document and a person at UKKI reviews it. Your account stays in a pending state until all of them are verified, which is also what stops a half-checked business being dispatched work or taking a buyer’s money. If something is rejected you are told which document and why, and you can file it again.

How long does approval take?

Most of the wait is document collection at your end rather than review at ours. Once everything has arrived, the review is a person reading it, not an automated check — so we would rather tell you where your application actually stands than quote an average.

Which services can I offer through UKKI?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle inspection, pickup and delivery, document collection and RTO filing, finance, insurance, servicing and detailing, and warranty and protection products where offered. You choose which of them you do and in which pincodes, and work outside that is never sent to you.

How can I contact UKKI about my application?

Accepted Answer

Use the partner enquiry form with your business name, the cities you operate in, and which category describes you. If you are a dealership, the number of rooftops and roughly how much stock you carry helps us come back with something useful rather than a form letter.
